Blick Bassy is a singer, composer, performer and writer of Cameroonian origin.

On the occasion of the Book Fair (Salon du Livre), this artist came to present his novel « The Moabi Cinema » (Gallimard edition) laureate of the Literary Grand Prix of Black Africa 2017. It is in a narrative tinged with humor that we follow the adventures of 5 young Cameroonians who dream of Europe. It is about pointing to the illusion represented by the West and an invitation to reinvest Africa. Blick Bassy is himself an entrepreneur who pays homage to his roots and draws inspiration from the territories he strides across (Africa, Europe, America). He played us some of the extracts from « Akö », his third album, produced under the label No Format.
