Alexandre Elenga

Born in 1997 in Brazzaville, Congo. He lives and works in Persan, France.

Alexandre Elenga is street-art child ; he studied at the School of Design and Architecture of Camondo (Paris, France). He multiplied the artistic collaborations with the fashion world and clothing brands (Dawgz and Blacksmoke agency) and realized live painting at Petites Gouttes in Paris as well as for the cultural webzine CIMER!
His work, kaleidoscope of colors, is a journey into popular references and RnB, who became symbols of emancipation and social success (Muhammad Ali, 2pac, Kanye West, Eminem, etc.). The saturations of pinks, yellows or blues are superimposed and mixed up on skin colors to question the racial affiliation of the subjects and to have his work resonating as a tool of social critics.
